The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast buffet had a great selection, including made, to, order eggs. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient, as it required walking up a small hill to reach the slopes. the dinner buffet was "first, come, first, served" and some dishes ran out quickly.

The city is surrounded by incredibly lovely mountains, which makes it magical. The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortably spacious. The breakfast was very satisfying and offered a wide range of options. The hotel is situated near the heart of the city, making it easy to wander around, explore, and experience the vibrant city life.
The hotel needs renovation and updates; for example, the carpet in the hallway was pretty old and dirty.
